Monitize Inc. ("Monitize", "we", "us") operates monitize.ai. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or submit a pilot request, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

1. Information we collect

We collect information only when you voluntarily submit our pilot request form. Our website hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information such as IP addresses and browser types for security and operational purposes. We do not access or use this data. This includes:

• Full name
• Work email address
• Job title
• Company name
• Any details you choose to share about your facility (optional)

We do not collect any information through passive tracking. We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or session recording software.

2. Cookies and local storage

We store your cookie consent preference in your browser's local storage. This is a single value that remembers whether you accepted or declined cookies. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookies. Google Fonts is loaded directly from Google's servers to render our typography — this does not set any cookies.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Evaluate whether your facility is a fit for a Monitize pilot deployment
• Follow up with you about next steps
• Respond to any questions you raise during the process

We do not use your information for marketing to unrelated third parties, profiling, or automated decision-making.

4. Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored in Airtable, a third-party service operated by Formagrid Inc., whose servers are located in the United States. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), your data is transferred to the US under Airtable's standard contractual clauses in accordance with GDPR. You can review Airtable's privacy policy at airtable.com/privacy.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain your information for as long as necessary to evaluate your pilot request, and for up to 24 months thereafter. If we determine your facility is not a fit, or if you request deletion, we will remove your data promptly.

6. Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties, except for Airtable as described above, Google Workspace for email correspondence, and where required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

8. Children's privacy

Our site is directed at business professionals and is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
